MEASUREMENTS: the item is 39 inches long in the front and 46 inches long in the back, it will fit a 23-1/2 inch waist, full hits

Antique blue-ish grey-ish silk skirt with ivory flowers and scrolls designs in stripes, longer in the back. Fitted waist with hooks on the back of the waist with snaps on the skirt. Hooks around the inside of the waist for attaching to bodice. The skirt is fuller around the bottom especially in the back. There are 3 rows of black velvet trim around the bottom of the skirt with 2 rows of gathered fabric below them with velvet trim on their edges. Fully lined in cotton fabric except for the bottom ruffles.
CONDITION: The skirt is in very good condition with some issues. The fabric on the waist at the back opening is worn and has a 1 inch holes.
The silk on the front of the waistband at the center is worn and has several small holes. There is a 1/8 inch hole just below the waistband in that same spot.
The bottom ruffle has holes and tears in the silk and it's velvet trim is worn bacld in areas.
The skirt has been taken up by hand 2 inches all the way around the lower part of skirt.
The silk has faint markmark stains on it and a few faint brown stains. The silk of the skirt seems sturdy, there is no shattering.
The lining has large water stains on it.
