Edwardian STYLE Vintage Purple Silk Blouse, Pink Floral with Purse and Belt, repro altered

ERA: True vintage item from the ? made to look Edwardian with some old materials and some later materials
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 28 inches long, it will fit a 30 inch bust with room, 26 inch waist, 11 inch long peplum. Shoulders are 14-1/2 inches wide and sleeves are 18 inches long

This is a mystery shirt. To me it looks like someone took the old cotton lining of a blouse and built a new blouse around it, using some old materials and done in an Edwardian style. The lining is definitely old, Edwardian to 1920s, sheer old cotton with some crepe remnants and hooks down the front. Purple silk with small pink flowers with snaps down the front, the purple fabric feels old, but the sewing style doesn't feel as old. Green ruffles trim around the ends of the sleeves and embroidered pink floral trim on the sleeves and on the neck. The green trim may be older, but the flower trim is later, like 1960s.
There is also a matching tie belt with light pink tassels and a small drawstring purse. The purse has newer ribbon and lining
CONDITION: The blouse is in very good condition. The lining is aged and it has a small remnant of silk that is torn.
The green trim at the ends of the sleeves has some small splits along the edge.
The purse has some small spots in the lining.
