Antique Reticule Miser Purses, Steel-cut Beaded Black Crochet, Victorian 1800s, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1800s
MEASUREMENTS: 2-1/4 x 3-1/4 and 3 x 2-1/2 inches
MATERIAL: black mercerized cotton crochet and tiny metal beads
LABEL: none
Set of two small attached purses made of black crochet with tiny steel cut silver metal beads. Each little bag is different but both have loops of beads around the tops and the bottoms. They have drawstring openings. There are fine braids strands that are the drawstrings on each bag and the attached the bags to each other. There was probably a ring at the top of the strings to slip on to your finger.

CONDITION: The bags are in very good condition. The loops on the bottom of one purse is broken. The fine drawstrings and finger straps are broken, some are missing. The strings that remain are very delicate and breaking. The drawstrings and finger straps will need to be replaced.
