Antique Embroidered Cotton Petticoat Skirt, Edwardian White, 23-1/2 inch waist

Lightweight white cotton petticoat slip with single button closure on the back. The bottom has a wide 2nd layer of slightly gathered cotton with floral embroidery and eyelet.
CONDITION: The petticoat is in very good condition. Nice and white with a few tiny age spots. The petticoat was once shortened just above the bottom ruffle, and then let down. This has left behind 3 very fine stitch lines around the petticoat.
