Antique Embroidered Cotton & Lace Dress, Vintage 1900s, XS 30 inch bust, some issues

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 51 inches long, it will fit a 30 inch bust with room, 24 inch waist, 36 inches around hips. Shoulders are 15 inches wide and sleeves are 14-1/2 inches long

CLEANING: hand washed
Sheer, loose woven white cotton dress with embroidery and inset filet lace. Half length sleeves with slit lace on the ends, inset lace at the waist and along the neckline. Wide lace in a different style on the lower dress. Allover white cotton embroidery. Unlined, sheer, buttons down the back.

CONDITION: The dress is in good condition with some issues. The embroidery is worn off and has loose threads under each underarm. There is a 1-1/2 inch area on the upper back of dress with small holes and thinning of fabric. Some embroidery loss on the tops of the sleeves. 1 inch tear on the back of one underarms. The lace inset in the bodice has several breaks including a 3 inch area of breaks. There are several small holes in the lace near the bottom. Areas on the dress with some loose embroidery threads. 1/2 inch hole in cotton below bottom lace.
