Antique Edwardian Skirt Embroidered White Cotton, XXS 20 inch waist

Long white, fine cotton or linen walking skirt. Super small waist with single button in the back. The skirt has 2 lines of white cotton lace down the front. Flowers embroidered in white cotton down the front panel of the skirt. Branches of flowers embroidered around the lower skirt. Skirt is unlined and slightly fuller in the back.
CONDITION: The skirt is in very good condition. Nice and white. It has about 20 tiny pin dot to pin head size holes scattered over it. There are two 1 inch clusters of small holes on the side of one hip.
