MEASUREMENTS: The spats are 9-1/4 inches tall along the buttons, 9-1/2 inches around the tops, 8 inches around the mid area, and 17 inches around the bottom, 2-1/4 inch straps
MATERIAL: wool felt, buttons, leather strap
LABEL: some faint numbers stamped inside
Brown wool felt spats with 10 buttons, maybe bakelite, with metal centers. This pair comes down further on the shoes and they have a short buckle on the bottoms.
CONDITION: Excellent condition. Light wear to the surface of the wool.
