Antique Black Thick Velvet Coat 1800s 1900s, fits 38 inch bust Victorian Jacket

Thick black cotton velvet jacket with single button closure. Large collar and lapels, faux pockets, short cuffs on the sleeves. Cut loose fitting.
CONDITION: The coat is in very good condition. There is light wear to the velvet around the ends of the sleeves, the fold of the lapel and in spots around the bottom edge. The brocade lining is dirty and shows wear. It has stains under the arms and there are two 2 inch wear holes. The lining in the sleeves has been replaced with a cotton print. It's an old repair, the fabric is very cool - and it's stitched sloppily at the ends of the sleeves.
