Antique Baby Diaper Cover, Panties, Victorian Edwardian Child

MEASUREMENTS: The item is 19 inches around the waist, 10 inches around each leg.
MATERIAL: cotton
LABEL: none, probably home sewn
CLEANING: Has been lightly hand washed
Very clever panties made from a flat piece of fabric that folds up and buttons into a diaper cover. Machine and hand sewn. The pointed piece from between the legs comes up the waist and the side pieces button on to this piece. The lower section buttons further down, forming legs with ruffle cotton around them.
CONDITION: Very good condition. Off white from age, light brown pin head size age spots and aging across the back.
