Antique 1900s Fancy Edwardian Dress, White Cotton & Lace XS 30 bust, 2 Layer Skirt

ERA: True vintage item from the 1900s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 56 inches long, it will fit a 30 inch bust with room, 22 inch waist, 36 inches around hips. Shoulders are 13 inches wide and sleeves are 16 inches long

CLEANING: hand washed
Long white cotton gown with full, 2 layer skirt. It has tons of inset lace and sections of raised floral lace. The front of the bodice is sheer with 3 types of lace and inset pieces of cotton with tiny pintucks. Wide section of lace down each side of the bodice that goes over the shoulders. 3/4 length cotton sleeves with more sheer lace.
Wide sheer lace around the fitted waist. The long skirt has a cotton layer with rows of inset lace and embroidered cotton around the bottom. The 2nd layer is shorter and gets longer in the back. It has more lace over it. There is a vertical wide piece of lace down the back of the bodice and the 2nd layer of the skirt. There are small buttons down the back of the bodice. The dress is unlined.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition with some small issues. There are several small breaks in the lace, mostly the floral lace. There are about a dozen small holes in the cotton, under 1/8 inch.

There are a few small places where the lace and cotton need to be restitched. There is a tear on the underskirt at the base of the buttons on the back.
