Antique 1800s Nightgown White Cotton with Hand Embroidery, Damaged well worn, 34 bust

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 44 inches long, it will fit a 34 inch bust with room, free waist, 64 inches around hips. Neck is 12 inches wide

Cute white cotton nightgown with wide shoulders and short sleeves. There is embroidery and eyelet work on the front and back of the neck, over the shoulders and around the ends of the sleeves. The embroidery is all hand done.Gathered cotton in the sleeves and below the embridery on the front. 4 small buttons on the front of the neck. I have the buttons on the front, but that could be backwards.

CONDITION: The nightgown in in good condition. It's nice and white except for a 3/4 inch brown spot on the lower back. The side with the buttons has a 1-1/2 inch hole midway down, with a 1/2 inch tear next to the button opening and about 10 small 1/8 to 1/4 inch holes scattered on the side.
The other side has seven 1 inch tears in the upper half, a 2+ inch odd shaped hole/tear and about 20 small 1/8 to 1/4 inch holes.
