Antique 1800s Brown Silk Bodice Jacket with Velvet Trim, Damaged, Altered, XXS 29 inch chest, Display Only

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 16inches long, it will fit a 29 inch bust with room, Shoulders are 13 inches wide

Light brown/Beige silk bodice with standing collar, long sleeves and fitted boning for support through the body. rim down each side. A pretty enamel buckle has been stitched at the front of the neck. The inside is lined in cotton. True Victorian bodice but it has had velcro added down the inside of it to make it easier to get on and off as a reenactment costume.

CONDITION: Fair condition. The silk has several splits under both arms. The silk is also split around the neck and at the ends of the sleeves. It looks great as a display piece, to small and delicate to wear.
