2 Vintage Gloves Storage Boxes, Plum Satin and Floral, 1940s, with issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1930s to 1940s
Mauve-plum quilted satin glove storage box with lid that come off, rather than being attached and lifting. Bright purple inside and on the bottom. 13 x 5 inches and 2-3/4 inches tall. Fair condition. Aged, light wear and faint dirt marks, some dark spots. Chipping around the inner edge of the hard cardboard lid. Light allover fade look. Not perfect, but still a nice display piece.

Dark plum cotton covered box with flowers. Lifting lid with fabric hinge. 11-3/4 inches long x 4-1/2 inches and 2 inches tall. Fair condition. Allover wear and tiny brown spotting. The corners are bent with fabric loss and fraying. Fraying along the front edge. Water spots. Not perfect, but still a nice display piece. Rare to see a glove box in this type of floral fabric.
