Mesh base with curled up brim that narrows in the back. Covered in white flowers and tiny pearl stamen. Chartreuse green ribbon band with 2 tails in the back.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The velvet trim on the edge of the brim is lightly off white from age. Light age on the edges of the green ribbon tails.
