All hand sewn white cotton dress for a toddler with tiny pintucks down the chest, white and pale blue embroidery and cutwork on the collar chest and bottom of skirt. Scalloped cuffs on the short sleeves, 2 buttons on the back. Unlined, slightly sheer.
