Red cotton blend twill dress with straps that button with heart shaped buttons. Cute novelty print in blue, green and yellow. Lady with umbrella, police officer, man on a big wheel bike, couple on a bicycle built for 2, flowers, horse and carriage, car, street light etc. Partial lining inside of the top.
