MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: feathers on fabric base
LABEL: 'Marcelle Originals'
Pink fabric body hat, covered with hot pink feathers. Smooth on the top with flower-like feathers around the sides.
CONDITION: Excellent condition, appears to be unworn because it still has a hang tag inside. But there is some kind of tape residue around the inside of the back of the hat.
