Vintage Feather Hat Curly Feathers with Black Bow by Mr. Arnold Actualite, 1960s Unusual

Unusual hat from the 1960s made by 'Mr. Arnold Actualite from Strawbridge & Clothing'
The base of the hat is a sheer stiff mesh in beige. The hat is covered in beige feathers that have curled ends. The hat fits closely on the head and at a quick glance it almost looks like short curly hair.
There is a raised section of feathers on the front with a black velvet bow underneath.
Fits 21 inch head snugly.

Excellent condition, no flaws seen.
