Vintage Feather Bird Topper Hat, Brown with Black Velvet 1960s

The disk hat is about 6-1/2 inches across. It is brown knit wool fabric with black velvet around the sides. It has a black bird made from feathers on the front side. Has small comb inside to help secure it inside. Will also require a hat pin.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The feathers are a little ruffled at the base. One hair comb is missing.
