Vintage Edwardian Black Dress, fits 36 inch bust, Sheer Weaver, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1900s
MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 55 inches long, 16 inches across the shoulders, 24 inch long sleeves. Fits 36 inch bust with room, 27 waist, 40 hips
MATERIAL: sheer wool and rayon weave
LABEL: none
Semi sheer black woven fabric dress with silk taffeta lining inside of the bodice and rayon in the sleeves, unlined skirt. The front has satin trim down the front to the waist and across the bust insert and down the sleeves. Ends of the sleeves have satin trim and 3 hooks. Band around waist also has satin trim and around the skirt. Metal hooks with rayon covered loops down the back, piece of lace across the upper back which looks like it was added.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition with some issues.
* The hooks on the back were moved to the edge of the fabric to make the dress larger. This has left behind some small marks where the hooks originally were.
* Lace piece of the back was added and hook is missing to set it in place.
* There is a 2 inch repair midway down the front of the skirt with a 1/2 inch hole next to it.
* There are about 30 scattered holes over the dress from 1/8 to 1/2 inches in size.
* The underarms are worn and there is a 1+ inch hole under each and light colored perspiration ring under both.
* The fabric is split and frayed along the very bottom of the hem.
