MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, may need a pin to secure

Brown wool felt velour has with folded sides. Iridescent brown and bright green feathers around the front.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The feathers on each end are a little rough. Some tiny nips in the velour.
