Vintage Blue & Green Floral Hat 1950s Engel Fetzer

ERA: True vintage hat from the 1950s to early 1960s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: flowers, tulle
LABEL: 'Engel - Fetzer Cleveland'
Blue stiff lace base with blue and green flowers and leaves. 2 layers of tulle on the top with leaves in bwteen the layers, sheer spot in the center. Clear blue glass berries.
CONDITION: Excellent condition.
