LABEL: 'Verne Hats'
12-1/2 inch wide hat with inner cap underneath. Covered with small and large blue flowers. Blue fabric on the underside of the brim and white lining inside of cap.
CONDITION: Fair condition. The chiffon flowers around the edges are aged. The underside of the brim and inside of the cap are dirty and have spots.
