Vintage Black Chiffon and Braided Tulle Hat, 1960s, 21 inch head

Stiff mesh body with tall crown that is covered with folded chiffon. The downward brim has braided black tulle around it. Topped with fine netting, which ends at the brim, doesn't cover the face.
CONDITION: Excellent condition. May have a few small breaks in the netting.
