Vintage Beaded & Rhinestone 1920s Chiffon Dress, 38 bust, needs some restoration

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 50 inches long, it will fit a 38 inch bust with room, 40 inch waist, 50 inches around hips.
MATERIAL: beads on silk chiffon

Black silk chiffon 1920s dress with small clear glass bugle beads and set rhinestones. Very deep v-neck that originally had sheer fabric in the front and the back, but that was shattered and removed. Some remnant remain along the seam. The front has two hanging beaded pieces from the center of the design. The bottom hem is pointed. The beads and rhinestone design is the same on the back except for the hanging pieces. The dress is pullover style with no openings, unlined, sheer.
CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. Those front and back v-neck panels need to be replaced (the originals were sheer beige) The bottom points are torn on about 12 of the points around the bottom of the dress. Some small scattered holes in the silk, most are 1/8 to 1/4 inch, one slightly larger on the side. The fabric feels sound though. There are loose and missing beads on the tops of the shoulders and in the front design.
