Vintage 1950s Sheer Black Mesh Hat with Ruffles, Cocktails

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 23 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: nylon mes and tulle, velvet
LABEL: none
Round top hat with 2 layers of wide nylon mesh to make the top sheer. Black ruffled tulle around the sides. The frame and the wire tabs on the sides are covered in black velvet.
CONDITION: Excellent condition.
