Red cotton with tiny black dots and solid black trim. Rows of short ruffles around the skirt, closer at the top and more spaced out at the bottom. Metal zipper.
CONDITION: The skirt is in very good condition. The color is slightly dull from wash and wear. 1/2 inch stain near the hem.
