Vintage 1940s Velvet & Plaid Taffeta Evening Gown, XS 30 inch bust, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 54 inches long, it will fit a 30 inch bust with room, 24 inch waist. Shoulders are 14 inches wide and sleeves are 17 inches long
MATERIAL: taffeta and velvet

CLEANING: dry cleaned
Black velvet bodice with half length sleeves. The long taffeta skirt is shades of blue and pink plaid taffeta. Taffeta trim on the edge of the neckline and large taffeta bow on the front. Button opening on the side, unlined.
CONDITION: The dress is in good to very good condition. The skirt has several 1+ inch light brown stains and several water marks.
