Vintage 1940s Topper Tilt Hat with Large Ivory Rose, Black Felt with Sequins & Netting

Small black felt base with 2 felt tabs on the back. The hat will require 1-2 hat pins to secure, it doesn't have a strap. The pins would go in the back tabs and the base of the hat. On the front is a very large, pale ivory flower with light green leaves and satin stems. There are loops of black dotted rayon netting on each side and in the back of the flower. Two felt tabs stick up in the back and they have black sequins on them.

CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition. You will need a hat pin or two to secure. The flower is a vintage corsage that has been pinned and sewn in place. I added the elastic strap on the back of the head with new elastic.
