Vintage 1940s Hula Skirt with Cuffs and Orange Floral Lei, 28 inch waist Hawaiian Costume

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 30 inches long, it will fit a 28 inch waist, cuffs are 8 inches inches around, 2-1/2 inches wide
MATERIAL: straw, crepe paper
LABEL: none
Straw hula skirt with wide braided waist that ties. Orange crepe paper lei and matching straw cuffs for wrists. Also included is some decorative crepe paper strands that are a few feet long each, plus some scraps. They were all in a box together.
CONDITION: The set is in very good condition. Some tangles and minor breakage in the straw skirt, but no skimpy areas.
