Like a mini wide brim hat made of black straw with lace trim around the crown and the brim. Ivory and pink flowers and green leaves around the brim. The topper hat tilts on your head and a straw strap in the back helps secure it. Blue crepe fabric on the underside of the brim.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The blue crepe lining is aged and has make-up residue.
