Vintage 1940s Blue Taffeta Gown, Evening, Party Dress, 34 bust, Velvet Trim, faded

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 54 inches long, it will fit a 34 inch bust with room, 27 inch waist, 38 inches around hips.

Blue taffeta gown with shirred sleeves and the center of the bust. Gathered velvet trim across the front of the dress. The skirt is fuller around the bottom and has velvet trim in 2 shades of blue.

CONDITION: Fair condition. The tops of the sleeves are faded, fade and discolor under the arms. Uneven fade over the skirt of the dress. The side zipper has been resewn sloppily, the fabric over the sipper is worn and frayed. Wear and fraying on the seam just below the waist. Curved line of small holes on the skirt. Some stains. Gussets added to the sides.
