Vintage 1930s Brown Hat with Pompoms NRA Label, 23 inch head

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 23 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: fabric with tiny straw loops, straw pompoms, ribbon
LABEL: 'NRA Authority'
Soft bodied brown fabric hat that has tiny straw-like loops. Brown ribbon band around the hat with flat bow in the back. Two straw pompoms in a light yellow-green and a green-brown on the top, made of fine straw. Rayon fabric lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are two 1/4 inch repairs on the top front of hat.
