Vintage 1930s Black Velvet Jacket, Short Silk Evening Wrap, 34 bust

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 17 inches long, it will fit a 34 inch bust with room, 29 inch waist. Shoulders are 14-1/2 inches wide and sleeves are 13 inches long
MATERIAL: silk velvet
LABEL: none
Black silk velvet jacket cut short to the waist. Wide half sleeves that have shirring on the shoulders and are slightly gathered around the bottom. The collar and lapels go to the waist. The jacket snaps inside and ties on the side of the waist. White satin lining in the body of the jacket and crepe chiffon inside of the sleeves.

CONDITION: The jacket is in very good conditiion. The bottoms of the sleeves may have been restitched. The chiffon lining inside of the sleeves is torn in both. The velvet could use a more thorough steaming, it has some flat areas.
