White cotton nurse uniform with 3 buttons that open on the front. Short sleeves with cuffs, wide collar. Has loops for belt and 2 patch pockets with flaps. Unlined.
CONDITION: Very good condition. There is some light yellowing spots on the back of the collar. A few pin head spots.
