Vintage 1920s Ivory Silk & Lace Slip or Nightgown, fits 36 inch bust, Trousseau, with issues

MEASUREMENTS: The slip is 43 inches long, fits 36 inch bust with room, 42 inches wide at the hips

Pretty ivory silk slip or midlength nightgown from the 1920s. It has ivory cotton lace around the top with ribbon embroidered flowers. Wide lace around the bottom. Ribbon tie at waist, pleated front, meant to fit loosely.

CONDITION: Good condition. There is brown aging across the lace on the front. Also multiple holes in the lace, mostly around the top. Holes are 1/8 to 1/2 inch in side. Lace feels dry and delicate around those holes so I did not attempt to repair.
I see no holes or shattering in the silk. I think that this would be more of a display or collectible piece than wearable (other than a photo shoot) I don't know how well the lace would hold up and the silk might be dry since the cotton lace is.
