Vintage 1920s Blue Velvet Cloche Hat, Beaded, 21 inch head, some issues

ERA: True vintage hat from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head
MATERIAL: cotton velvet, beading
LABEL: 'Henny Hats, Paris, New York'
Blue cotton velvet cloche, fitting close on the head. Dark glass beading around the front. Has gold acetate lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition with obvious issues. There is wear/balding to the velt along the top seams and around the bottom edge.
