Vintage 1920s Black Velvet Hat with Coral Flowers and Brim, 21 to 22 inch head

Black cotton velvet hat with brim that narrows in the back. Loose gathers in the velvet on the front of the crow. Corla/pink velvet flower petals with orange embroidery around them. The top of the brim has black cotton fabric and covered piping. Taffeta ribbon band, cotton lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The flower petals are faded and aged with some fraying around the edges. The cotton is coming loose from the piping in a 2 inch area on the top of the brim. The black has an allover dullness, not a dark black. The velvet has some minor wear on the underside of brim.
