Vintage 1920s Black Satin Dress, fits 34 inch bust, Faux Wrap, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 45 inches long, it will fit a 34 inch bust with room (36 inches around chest) 33 inch waist, 41 inches around hips. Shoulders are 16 inches wide and sleeves are 25 inches long

Black silk satin 1920s dress, it has a faux wrap look. The dress is pullover though with no openings. Matte crepe fabric lapel collar with 2 hidden snaps and a fancy decorative button. Long, tapered sleeve. Band on the back with fancy buckle, opens with snaps. The dress is unlined.
CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition, but it has some issues. There are set in creases on the inside of the elbows. The seams on the underside of the arms need to be resewn.
A seam on the back and on each side are strained and need to be resewn as well. There is a 1/2 light brown fade spot on the end of one sleeve. There are some light spot and water marks on the collar. Watermark-like stain on the upper back. 

The price reflects the damage. If the dress were in excellent condition, it would be priced at about $135.00
