Victorian Black Walking Skirt with Satin Cord Trim, 27 inch waist 1800s

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1800s to early 1900s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 39 inches long, it will fit a 27 inch waist, 46 inches around hips.
MATERIAL: thin woven wool, satin cord
LABEL: none
Long black thin skirt made of a lightweight woven wool fabric. It has hooks on the back closure. Black satin trim around the waist, around the long side kick pleats and in 4 rows around the bottom on the front and the back. Also decorative satin buttons. Unlined.
CONDITION: Good condition. There are multiple small holes scattered over the dress, at least 30, up to 1/4 inch in size. There are 2 old iron on patches inside of the skirt, 1 inch and 2 inches in size. There is a 3 inch tear at the base of the back opening.
