Small Victorian tooper hat made of multiple textiles. Wire base. The black fabric is a woven geometric design. The fabric around the front and sides has embroidery and chenille trim with beading. The back has 2 feathers and a group of black flowers. Silk ribbon trim along the bottom. 2 short ties. Cotton lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The straps are short, there is some light reddish fade on some thread and on the back fabric. The silk decorative ribbon has some shredding. Some tears in the cotton lining.
