Antique Victorian Black Wool Cape with Fringe, Small, with issues

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 30 inches long, it will fit a 32 inch bust with room. Shoulders are 15 inches wide, 56 inches around the hem

This cape is lightweight, made of a thin woven wool cloth and woll cloth lining too. Hidden fabric covered buttons down the front. Arm opening on each side. Trimmed in rayon fringe along the arm opening and the bottom hem.
CONDITION: Good condition, with obvious issues. The fringe trim is gone from one arm. There are small scattered holes on the cape, the largest is a 1/4 inch hole on the front, the others are smaller. There are also reddish color fade spots on the arms and on the front. Frayed where holes in the lining.
