MEASUREMENTS: the item is 40 inches long, it will fit a 24-1/2 inch waist, full around hips.

Long, slightly sheer white cotton skirt with tiny black flowers. White cotton waistband with button on the opening. The skirt has white fabric around the inside of the hem, otherwise it is unlined and sheer.
CONDITION: The skirt is in very good condition. There are scattered holes in the skirt, up to 1/2 inch in size, mostly around the bottom, but some scattered higher on the skirt.
