Antique Beaded High Neck Collar Piece Black & Burgundy, Victorian Edwardian fits 14 inch neck

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1800s to early 1900s
MEASUREMENTS: fits up to 14 inch neck, 2-3/4 long in the front, 2-1/4 inch the back.
MATERIAL: silk chiffon, velvet, beads
Sheer black chiffon with strips of burgundy velvet ribbon. Small lace appliques and short black bugle beads around the collar. The frame is flexible and probably celluloid. The collar wraps around your neck, longer point in the front. Black chiffon flower puff in the back .
CONDITION: The collar is in very good condition. There are a few missing beads. There is a tear in the chiffon on one end and chiffon is loose from the edge in a spot.
