Antique 1800s Little Girl Dress, Altered Victorian, Peach & Black with issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1800s
MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 21 inches long, 20 inches around the chest, best suited for 18 inch chest, 20 inches around waist
MATERIAL: silk with cotton lining
This is a Victorian era dress that was later modified at the top. Black silk with dusty peach stripes and solid dusty peach around the bottom. 1 inch wide straps with gathered silk over the shoulders and around the neckline. Peach rosettes on the front of the neckline. Black cotton lining inside of the bodice, light brown and black floral print cottons also line the dress. 3 peach covered buttons on the back.

CONDITION: The dress is in Fair to good condition with obvious issues. Not wearable for display only.
There is browning from age around the peach fabric on the bottom of dress.
There is thinning and splitting in the silk on the bodice.
1+ inch splits on the silk on each side of the dress under arms.
1 inch hole in black just above peach fabric.
There are multiple small holes in the silk scattered over the dress.
Several 2+ inch splits in the silk along the gathers in the skirt.
