#MENS-29- 5 Pairs of Rayon/Nylon Socks w/Cotton Bottoms - $50.00

Era - 1940s
Measurements - 9 inches long from tops to heel, foot is 9 inches long from heel to toe
Label - 'Genuine split foot mercerized cotton top and foot, rayon & nylon body' and 'elastic garter top for longer wear'
Fabric - cotton at tops, cotton on underside of feet, tops of feet are rayon/nylon

5 pairs of unworn mens socks still in stock box. They are cotton from tops of toes, under foot to back of heels. The tops and upper socks are a cool rayon and nylon jersey. Socks are unworn and still in original stock box.

Condition - All 5 pairs are underown with paper tags still attached. The white is now off-white from age and some of the socks have light brown age spots. Still a very cool, excellent find. If you did want to wear these, a soak in Biz would brighten them right up.

Measurements - adjusts up to 19 inch neck
Label - none
Fabric - cotton pique

White cotton bow tie with a pique honeycomb texture. The band around neck is adjustable from 15 to 19 inches. Metal adjuster/hook

Condition - Very good condition. Off-white from age. a 2 piece section of ribbon has been added to the neckband to make it bigger.



#MENS-31- White Cotton Fine Pique Bow Tie - $8.00

Era - pre 1930s
Measurements - adjusts to fit up to 16 inch neck
Label - none
Fabric - cotton pique

White cotton bow tie with a smaller pique honeycomb texture. The band around neck is adjustable up to 16 inches. Metal adjuster/hook on back.

Condition - Excellent condtion, off white from age.



#MENS-32- White Faille Bow Tie - $9.00

Era - pre 1930s
Measurements - adjusts up to 17 inch neck
Label - none
Fabric - rayon faille

This white bow tie is a finely ribbed rayon faille. Adjsutable on the back with metal slider and hook and a piece of elastic.

Condition - Very good condition. Off white from age. Elastic is all stretched out and will need to be replaced.

#MENS-35- Early 1900s Tuxedo Coat - $75.00

Era - early 1900s
Measurements - Jacket is 18 inches long in the front, 36 inch long in the back. 17 across shoulders, 24 inch long sleeves, fits 36 inch chest, 32 inches at waist
Label - none
Fabric - wool with silk details

Great black wool tuxedo coat with two button closure on the front and two interior buttons. It has a black matte silk satin lapel with decorative button holes down each side of the lapels. Buttons on the front, the ends of the sleeves and the back are covered in silk too. The lining is silk and cotton. There are also pockets hidden in the tails. Very well made.

Condition - Excellent condition, the only flaw spotted is a 1/4 inch hole right on the front of the silk lapel.

#MENS-36- Dated 1905 Tuxedo & Vest - $125.00

Era - dated 1905
Measurements - Jacket is 17 inches long in the front, 36 long down the back. 17-1/2 across shoulders, 23 inch long sleeves, fits 36 inch chest. Vest is 17 inches long, fits 36 inch chest up to 33 inch waist
Label - 'Marks Arnheim Broadway and Ninth New York'
Fabric - wool with silk and cotton linings.

Superb tuxedo jacket and matching vest with tailors date of 11/06/05 The jacket is a fine wool with silk covered lapels. The jacket hangs open and there are decorative silk covered buttons with faux button holes. Silk buttons on ends of sleeves and on the back. Lined in silk with white silk lining in the sleeves. There are two pockets hidden inside of the jacket and two more hidden insdie of the tails. The vest is wool with low front and 3 silk covered buttons. There are 4 pockets on the front. The back is silk and has adjustable strap. Vest is lined in cotton. Vest also has label that matches the jacket.

Condition - Excellent condition. No flaws seen on the outside of either piece. Sleeve lining in jacket has a rppair.





#MENS-37- Early 1900s Wool Trousers w/Satin Stripe - $32.00

Era - early 1900s
Measurements - 39 inches long, 28 inch inseam, 38 inch waist
Label - William H. Wanamaker
Fabric - wool with silk stripe

John Wanamaker was a very well known merchant Philadelphia, but I had never heard of William H Wanamaker. It seems he was the younger brother of John and had his own clothing store in Philadelphia on Market street in the late 1800s. I couldn't find much info, so I don't know when they went out of business. This tag is hidden under the pocket lining inside of the pants. These pants are wool with a very, very, very subtle stripe texture in the wweave. There is a stripe of black silk satin down the outside edge of each leg. Has belt loops and interior buttons for suspenders. two pockets on the front with tiny front pocket too, two pockets on the back, on eiwht button. All pockets are lined in cotton. Has button fly crotch.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.



#MENS-38- Silk Ties w/Squares - $20.00

Era - 1940s
Measurements - 50 inches long
Label - Ebb's Haberdashers Kew Gardens NY
Fabric - silk

This tie is a peach-pink that get slight darker on the narrow end. It has an embossed design in the background and rounded edged clocks in ivory, dark red and burgundy.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.
