#KID-277- Victorian Cotton Baby Gown - $75.00

Era - around 1860s
Measurements - 30 inches long, 22 inches under arms.

Fabric - cotton
Cleaning - This item has been soaked in Biz and hung to dry. I used a little spray starch when ironing the lower part of the gown.

Sweet, long baby gown in a white cotton that has a plaid weave in it. Wide neckline with drawstring across the back of the neck. Slightly ruffled cap sleeves. High waist with dainty embroidery and eyelet band and ties on the sides of it. Gathers across the front of chest with tiny embroidered trim along the top of the ruffles. The tiny embroidery also trims the neckline and the sleeves.

Condition - Excellent condition, nice and bright white. Has a few tiny pin dot holes on the mid-back.

#KID-278- Mid 1800s Cotton Baby Dress w/Eyelet Embroidery - $75.00

Cleaning - This item has been soaked in Biz and hung to dry

Sweet toddler sized baby dress in white cotton, entirely handsewn. It has a wide neck with dainty drawstring in the back. High waist with amazing embroidery and cutwork. The little cap sleeves also have alot of embroidery and cutwork. Amazing. There are several pleats around the middle of the skirt. The bottom has a wide section of more amzing embroidery and eyelet work. This sweet dress has fabulous details in the embroidery. Dress has tiny decorative covered buttons on the back, closes with 2 hook at waist.

Condition - Very good to Excellent condition, nice and bright white. There is a 1/8 inch hole on the center of the bodice. There is a 1/2+ inch repair on the front-side. A 1/4 inch hole is peeking out from under the bottom pleat on the front and a 1/4 inch slit is on the back just above the bottom embrodery. A few scattered tiny age spots.

#VIC-279- Mid 1800s Baby Dress w/Embroidered Front - $60.00

Another sweet mid 1800s white cotton dress for toddler. It has the wide neckline and tiny fitted sleeves. The front of the bodice has an embroidered triangle sectine trimmed with cotton that has embroidered pointed edges. Fitted waist has delicate embroidery and eyelet work. The dress is entirely handsewn. Many pleats around the full skirt. There are no closures on the back of this dress.

Condition - Very good condition, nice and bright white with only a few tiny, faint age spots. There are some scattered holes on this dress, most are pin dot sized. But there is a 1/3 inch hole on the front just below waist. The hem - which is two layers of fabric - has many pin dot holes and about 5 holes that are 1/4 to 1/2 inch on the front. The back of the dress from just below the center seam to the hem - there are seven holes up to 1/2 inch in size - see last photo.

Small reversable blank that is pink and ivory with duckies on it. Stitched edges

Condition - Good condition. Pilling from use. A 2 inch area along the edge is ripped and another 2 inch area has loose stitching on the edge.

#KIDS-52- Ivory Taffeta Slip and Dress - $16.00

Era - 1950s
Measurements - Dress is 18 inches long, 22 inches wide under arms. Slip is 15 inches long, 20 inches wide under chest
Label - none, hand made
Fabric - acetate taffeta with nylon lace

Handmade ivory slip and dress. Lace trim around top and bottom of slip, two snaps on shoulder. Dress has lace around neck and the bottom, pintucking at the top and decorative cord across lower front of skirt. Closes with snap and two buttons.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

#KIDS-55- Pink and Blue Coat and Hat set - $15.00

Era - 1950-60s?
Measurements - 15 inches long, 20 inches wide under arms. Hat is 9 inches around back, 5 inches from top to bottom edge.
Label - none, hand made
Fabric - ? My guess would be acrylic, but it feels a littel rough for acrylic

Knit jacket in varigated ivory, pink and blue. Blue ribbon ties in two spots on the front of jacket. Matching bonnet also has blue ribbon bows and ties. Both pieces are unlined.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

#KIDS-56- Light Blue-Green Crochet Jacket, Hat and Booties - $20.00

Era - 1950-60s
Measurements - 9 inches long, 20 inches wide under arms. Feet of booties are 4 inches long. Hat is 10 inches around back, 6 inches from top to bottom

Fabric - ? mercerized cotton?

Pretty crochet set, not made from yarn, but from a finer, slightly shiner material. The color is a light blue-green. Jacket, hat and botties, all trimmed with blue satin ribbon.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

#KID-57- Long Cotton Baby Gown - $20.00

Era - pre 1920s
Measurements - 36 inches long, 24 inches wide under arms
Label - none, probably hand made
Fabric - cotton

Long, simple white cotton gown. Has plain front, 3 buttons on the back. Nice embroidery and cutwork on the ends of sleeves. Buttons are plastic replacements.

Condition - Very good condition. No tears but has 2-3 pin dot holes. The gown is lightly yellowed from age with with darker aging in areas. This item has not been cleaned.

#KID-62- Crochet baby Hat - $15.00

Era - 1940s or earlier?
Measurements - fits about 16 inch head
Label - none
Fabric - cotton crochet

Cute, and no I didn't have anything else to display it on! Ivory cotton crochet hat with fringe, tassels and these pointy pointy things on each side. Fringe around face and back. Ties under chin.

Condition - Very good condition. Has some small dark brown age spots. This item has not been cleaned.

#KID-63- Cotton Doll Petticoat - $10.00

Era - pre 1920s
Measurements - 11 inches long, 13 inch waist
Label - none, probably hand made
Fabric - cotton

Cotton petticoat with small pleats and drawnwork around the bottom. Gathers in waist. No closure on waist.

Condition - Very good condition. Lightly yellowed from age with some light brown streaking. This item has not been cleaned.

#KID-69- 15 Knit Cotton Infant Bands - $10.00

Era - 1940s
Measurements - 18 x 4-1/2 inches
Label - on single package - babykin 2 INF BANDS
Fabric - knit cotton

There are 15 of theses, 2 still in the package. Made of a soft cotton knit with thin ties on them. At first I thought they were diapers, but I believe that wrap and tie around the middle of a baby, maybe to cover the belly button?

Condition - Two still in package. All of the others appear to be unsued and are in very good to excellent condition, with just some light aging. 1 has some yellow and green dye marks on it. This item has not been cleaned.
