 Close up #6  #30-286- Black Satin Nightgown w/Ivory Lace - $80.00
Era - 1930s Measurements - 53 inches long, fits 40 inch bust, 33 inch waist, up to 46 inches wide at bias cut hips Label - none, possibley handmade Fabric - rayon satin with cotton lace Cleaning - this has been soaked lightly in mild soap, hung to dry Super black bias cut rayon satin nightgown. Yummy ivory lace trims the neckline, shoulders and under the bust. Wide lace trim around the hem. Soft, cool and slinky. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

Era - 1930s Measurements - 18 inches long, 16 inches across shoulders, fits 34 to 36 inch bust Label - silk and rayon by imperial Fabric - silk and rayon satin Cleaning - this has been soaked lightly in mild soap, hung to dry Pretty peach satin bedjacket with 3 tiny glass buttons loops on the front of the neck. It has dark peachy-icory cotton lace trim around the neck and appliqued down the front opening. Lace across the yoke, around the sleeves and on the ends of sleeves. Rouching on the front of shoulder and ends of sleeves. Condition - Very good condition. A few tiny pin dot holes. The fabric across the lower back has faint lines in it. The fine horizonal lines look like a flaw in the weave rather than damage from wear.

Era - 1930s Measurements - 17 inches long, 14 inches across shoulders, fits 34 to 36 inch bust Label - Styled by Estern Isle Fabric - creped rayon chiffon. Cleaning - this has been soaked lightly in mild soap, hung to dry Very pretty pale blue, all sheer chiffon bedjacket with satin appliques. Ribbon ties on the front of rouched neckline and the ends of the slightly puffed sleeves. Two satin floral appliques on the front and on the tops of sleeves. Condition - Good condition. On the lower front there are six 1/4 inch holes with several smaller holes around them, along with a faint yellow ring around the holes - see photo. Some strain along arm seams.

Era - 1930s Measurements - 32 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, waist is adjustable with drawstring, up to 40 inches wide at hips Label - stock tag Fabric - silk Cleaning - It has not been washed, because this item has the original tags Very pretty pale peach abd blue silk step-in teddy. Has straight neckline with ribbon straps and drawstring inside. Also has drawstring on waist. Square legs with slits up the side. The crotch does not oepn. Condition - Very good condition. It does have light aging marks on the front and the back and on the blue.

Era - 1930s Measurements - 17 inches long, fits 25 to 30 inch waist, 38 hips Label - Kayser, made of Spun-lo rayon. sz8 Fabric - rayon jersey Cleaning - this has been soaked lightly in mild soap, hung to dry I love rayon jersey, such a cool to the touch fabric, very comfortable. These panties have short leg, double rayon crotch and looped elastic waist. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws een.

Era - 1930s Measurements - 15 inches long, fits 34 inch waist, 46 hips Label - none, possibley handmade Fabric - rayon satin with cotton lace Cleaning - this has been soaked lightly in mild soap, hung to dry Great black satin tap panties, bias cut with side opening. Has ivory cotton lace appliqued on legs. A gusset has been sewn in on each side, making it the current 34 inch waist. The gussets are notiecable and puckered along the seam. If you were to remove the gussets, the panties would go back to their original 30 inch waist. Condition - Excellent condition, except for the puckering along the gusset seams.

Era - 1930s Measurements - 58 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 28 waist, 40 hips Label - none Fabric - sheer floral chiffon Gorgeous! Black with flowers in lavenders, pinks and yellows. It is pullover with no opening except for a hook at the back of the neck. Has floaty cape sleeves, keyhole opening on the back. Gown is bias cut, very clingy and sexy. 3 big dark pink chiffon and velvet flowers on the front of neck. Dress is unlined and there is no slip with it. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. 
Close up #3 \ Close up #4 \ Close up #5 #2044- Embroidered Yellow Rayon Oriental Top - $24.00
Era - 1930s Measurements - 23 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 37 around bottom Label - none Fabric - woven rayon satin This pullover shiny yellow satin rayon top has a great Oriental style to it. I'm guessing that it was the top to pajamas. It has a black high necked collar and black trim on a curve down the front, where it opens with hidden snaps. The black has black and yellow decorative frog and narrow ivory cotton lace along the edges. There is thick rayon embroidery in red, blue, green and pink. The ends of the sleeves are trimmed in black and there was once elastic on the inside of the wrists to gather the fabric, forming bell shapes at the end of the sleeves. Two small pockets with lace and black trim. Condition - Very good condition. The top has a 1-1/2 inch brown ring mark under the front of each underarm. I haven't tried to wash this piece to removes those marks because of the embroidery. Rayon dyed threads like those tend to bleed when wet. 
 Close up #3 #30-102- Peach rayon satin one cup bra - $5.00
Era - 1930s Measurements - 34B Label - Lilees by Lily of France and Bur-Mil rayon label Fabric - rayon and cotton Peach rayon satin bra with just one cup. Cup has peach cotton mesh across the top. It has an elastic strap around the bottom and a strap for the side with the cup. Unusual bra, but I have seen one like this before. I think they were made for special gowns, maybe one shoulder?
