#VA-122- Stamped lady pillow fabric -

Era - 1920-30s
Measurements - folded it is 14 x 17 inches

Very fine pink cotton batiste piece that is folded in half with the print of a pretty lady on the front. Made by Bucilla, The flapper girl has black hair and there are pink, yellow, purple and blue flowers around her with outlines to embroider.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.




#VA-109- Green silk hanky holder - $10.00

Era - 1920s
Measurements - 8 x 8 inches
Very lightweight light green silk holder. It is a flat square with the sides folded up and then down again. All of the folded edges are trimmed in lace and the 4 points have silk bows. I guess it was meant to hold a special hanky or some letters, not alot of items.

Condition - Good condition. Has a few point dot holes on the back. There is a 1/4 inch brown age spot on the front and a few lighter small age spots. The ends of the bows are frayed and a little shattered.

#VA- 161- Teal floral shoe organizer - $25.00

Measurements - 28 x 16 inches

From my collection. Fabulous fabric kept this piece in my collection for many years. It is a very lightweight cotton in teal with flowers in peach and orange and brown leaves. It has with 3 metal grommets on the top. There are pockets to hold 6 pairs of shoes. I never used the piece because I am just not disciplined enough to put my shoes away in a proper place when I take them off! It would also be good to organize other items too.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

#VA-188- Cotton flower bag/cover w/drawstring - $10.00

Era - 1940s
Measurements - 15 x 16 inches

Mystery item, I'm not sure what it is. I've had it for awhile and I thought it was a hanger cover, but I don't know now that I look at it closer. It is a square with fabric on both sides. The top has an opening with grommets and cotton cord through them. The other side is a plain square. An octagon is stitched through bot layers of fabric, block off the corners of the square with a diagonal line stitched across them. It could be some sort of cover or storage bag.

Condition - Excellent condition. No flaws seen.



#VA-189- Embroidered Hanger cover - $16.00

Era - 1940s
Measurements - 18 x 6 inches
Muslin hanger cover with pale blue cotton edging. Embroidered in blue - 'Dress Cover' and there is also an embroidered flower basket in the center.

Condition - Very good condition. Light fade to the blue trim and a few light age spots.



#VA-192- Tiny pink crochet bag - $9.00

Era - 1930-40s
Measurements - 2-1/2 inches

Hmmm, I'm not sure what this tiny bag was for, but it is so cute! Made of a pink rayon cord crochet. It has a crochet covered button with loop closure. Ivory silk lining. Cute to hide something small and special in it, or set it out on a dresser.

Condition - Excellent condition. No flaws seen other than light aging.
